Make horizontal tab field compatible with Drupal 10.2 field type category API

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10.2 has introduced a new API for defining field type categories: https://www.drupal.org/node/3375748 →

Part of that API specifies that setting the category annotation as translatable is deprecated.

Since this module doesn't belong to any predefined Drupal core field type category, this module should omit the "category" annotation altogether, causing this not to be grouped into a predefined category. In the new Drupal 10.2 UI, it should look like this:
