Smart Date Widget Functionality Issues in Custom Theme

I am encountering some issues with the Smart Date module when using it in conjunction with my custom theme on Drupal 10.2. The module works as expected in the default admin theme, but in the custom theme, certain functionalities are not behaving correctly.

Functionality Issues:

• The 'duration' feature is not functioning.
• The 'all day' toggle is not working.
• Remove any seconds, if present, from existing values is not working.
• The feature to hide the end date (when it is the same as the start date) is not functioning.

Expected Behavior:

These functionalities should work similarly to how they operate in the default admin theme.

Current Behavior:

In my custom theme, the above-mentioned functionalities are not working. Specifically, I noticed that the 'form-element form-element--type-date form-element--api-date' classes are missing compared to the admin theme (e.g., Gin template).

Attempted Resolutions:

• Ensured that all Smart Date module dependencies are met.
• Checked for JavaScript errors in the browser console (none found).
• Added the following JavaScript libraries from the Smart Date module to my custom theme:
  
  smart_date/smart_date, smart_date/date_only, smart_date/localize, smart_date_recur/smart_date_recur.

I am seeking assistance to understand why these functionalities are not working as expected in the custom theme and how I can resolve these issues.
