Email validation fails on "Email" type

Problem/Motivation

Email validation is not 100% correct on "Email" type.

Steps to reproduce

I've used https://simplytest.me/ to demonstrate. Simply install Webform and fill the built-in contact form with "a@com" and submit it. No errors is raised whereas this email is not correct.
