✨ Add table.TableColumnResize for formats with arbitrary HTML supported RTBC will enable the table resize plugin when the table plugin is enabled and the format supports arbitrary HTML.
This will resolve the issue for unrestricted HTML - but the issue will persist for filtered HTML formats where the table resize plugin is not enabled.
I don't think its possible to negate the plugin config - we might just need to check its enabled before we do anything.
