Active trail indicator is overwritten by current page indicator

Problem/Motivation

A previous issue #3222023: Active trail for child book → introduced a regression were the active trail is not calculated correctly, because it is overwritten by the current page indicator. Therefore, not all links have the correct active trail indicator.

Steps to reproduce

Render the book tree navigation. Only the current link has the in_active_trail indicator.

Proposed resolution

Rollback the behavior. Introduce a new indicator is_active which can be used to render the tree similar to the "broken" behavior.
