Unexpected token "name" of value "if" ("end of statement block" expected)

Since updating to Drupal 10.1, we're now getting this exception when trying to access a layout builder page that uses tabs:

Twig\Error\SyntaxError: Unexpected token "name" of value "if" ("end of statement block" expected). in Twig\TokenStream->expect() (line 18 of modules/contrib/layout_builder_tabs/templates/tabs.html.twig).

Nevermind--while preparing a patch, I realized this was caused by an outdated patch from 🐛 Twig\Error\RuntimeError: The callable passed to the "filter" filter must be a Closure in sandbox mode. Needs review .
