Problem/Motivation

After using the module for a while, the website database contains several hundreds of past events which aren't displayed anywhere for the visitors. Those events are displayed in admin UI of course and make it harder to find actual events. Moreover, some Open Y applications still take them into account to display the content and, depending on their quality, might try loading them all into memory hitting the memory limit.

Proposed resolution

Delete past events during cron runs.
