Module displays useless error message

Problem/Motivation

When visiting the module's configuration form, the error message appears:

The error message contains a link that navigates to the same page, but there is no field that must be filled.
The form's code checks for a state set and if it isn't set the form outputs the error message. The state value isn't used anywhere and can't be set anywhere, so the whole check is redundant.

Steps to reproduce

Install the modules
Go to `/admin/config/system/yusaopeny-ymca360/settings`

Proposed resolution

Remove the state check and the message altogether
