Finalize Quantity form element

Problem/Motivation

A part of this work is making an initial quantity form element. This makes it easier to render quantity fields within this template, and in the future, other quick forms.

The quantity form element can be "configured" in various ways:
- Display user input for all quantity fields (label, value, measure, unit)
- Allow drop-down select lists for each field
- Hard-code all options except for the value
- Allow custom title/description values for an experience similar to how normal form/render elements work.

In the future, this element could be expanded to include inventory and/or material fields, too.
