Test and confirm working with ^10.2

Problem/Motivation

I just watched a demo of the new field creation in Drupal 10.2. Since we are using a form alter for managing the settings of SFDS, I think we need to test and confirm that our settings are working as expected.

Proposed resolution

First, we need to get test gitlab-ci running on the next version of Drupal. Then, we can work on fixing any issues that arise.

[x] Update gitlab-ci to begin testing the next minor and major versions. See https://lostcarpark.com/drupal/future-proofing-your-module-and-dependenc... for example of this.
[x] Depending on the tests, refactor the code to work with 10.2, and 11.x
