Having a field to specify a custom tile size allow Leaflet to work correctly on tile server with unusual tile size (e.g.: 512, 1024)
Adding a "Tile size" field after the "Zoom offset" field because those parameters can be used together to have a different level of details for a same zoom level.
This field should be on the /admin/structure/leaflet_layers/map_layer/*/edit pages when user select a "tileLayer".
