Cannot install on D10 due to token_block version requirement

Cannot install on Drupal 10 because the token_block requirement in this module's composer.json is locked to v1, and token_block v1 only works on Drupal 8/9.

Should be:

"require": {
    "drupal/token_block": "^1|^2"
  }
