Rivet - use FieldBlock for Hero

We're currently using a view called "iu_banner" to load the banner field from the current page's entity, to be able to load it into a theme region.

This approach has several bugs and never worked as intended for revisionable entities.

Remove the iu_banner view from the config/install folder.

Document that the FieldBlock → >= 8.x-2.0 with patch from 🐛 Restore entity revisions support in FieldBlock RTBC should instead be used to add blocks for paragraphs fields like the Banner field.
