Add ability to purge tasks

If a processor is removed, existing tasks originally associated with that processor are left behind and can't be processed as they then throw an error: The "" entity type does not exist.

It's easy enough to truncate the document_ocr_task table, but it would be nice to have the ability to remove tasks in the UI.

Added delete option to the tasks list. Also tasks now deleted automatically when associated mapping or processor deleted.
