events show only for administrator up

Hi,
I made an update on 5.1.13 and from now on my events show only for admin up on my website.
As many team members work with the calendar I would need a quick solution.

I tried different ways to solve the problem - but I can´t find the reason.

Is this a bug. Does anybody have a hint for me?
