Allow entity_clone to be disabled (use quick_node_clone instead)

Problem/Motivation

I have a project where nodes need to be cloned, with a simple UI. Quick Node Clone does the job, but Entity Clone is a dependency of Acquia CMS Common.

I can add the Quick Node Clone module to my project and it works, but I end up with two "Clone" options on the node edit form. To simplify the UI, I will need to disable the Entity Clone module.

Proposed resolution

I propose we remove the entity_clone module as a hard dependency of acquia_cms_common, by editing the acquia_cms_common.info.yml file. This will enable me to disable Entity Clone on my site.
