Allow model listing page to be filtered

When a project requires lots of ECA models, the listing page can get unwieldy, especially if you have multiple similarly named models.

Implement a filter on the models listing page similar to how the Views listing works.

On the models listing page, add a search field that will dynamically filter models based on the entered text.

Thanks @ergonlogic for your suggestion, this is absolutely something we need. And it has been proposed and discussed already in ✨ Add a seach input filter to ECA's admin list Active , so I'm closing this one as a duplicate.
