A visitor can view the attribution statements for site resources

Problem/Motivation

There are several different kinds of resources that get used on a website that either require and/or deserve attribution. Things like image attributions can be obtrusive when scattered about. Having a dedicated page will make it easier for attributions to be made in a standard way, and for visitors to know where to see them.
