Replace references to swiftmailer with Drupal Symfony Mailer

Problem/Motivation

The recommended mail sending module is now Drupal Symfony Mailer, however the code still contains various references to swiftmailer (which used to be the recommendation.)

Proposed resolution

Fix the references to point to DSM.
