Problem/Motivation

The StateChange action plugin should support both publish_on and unpublish_on fields. The support is currently for the publish_on field only.

Steps to reproduce

Use Scheduler module to schedule to unpublish a content. After the content is successfully unpublished, the field unpublish_on remains non null.

Proposed resolution

Add support for the unpublish_on field also.
