Add a method to count dependent entities to entity handler

This would allow to provide a statistics about referencing entities on canonical entity page. Also ✨ Add Drush command for tracking references Needs review can be enhanced with "Total" column.

Counting IDs retrieved from \Drupal\entity_reference_integrity\EntityReferenceIntegrityEntityHandler::getDependentEntities() is not an option for sites with millions entities because of high memory consumption.
