Documentation: Project Readme needs to deliniate between contributing to this project vs. installing it

Problem/Motivation

Project Readme could use some delineation between where the "install/setup/working" instructions end, and where do the "working on this project repo" instructions begin (I think it’s at “Semantic Versioning”).
