Install and setup: Rethink how to set up stuff with Git

Problem/Motivation

On install, Sous initializes a Git repo (I think just for Husky), but it’s not obvious to me how to use that with the remote Git repo that I want to use. Maybe adding Husky (or adding the remote repo) should be a (well documented) post-install step?
