Many european customers would like to be able to choose the EU CDN location of the cookiebot code.
The code in the module file is hardcoded to .com today,
Have a simple dropdown in the cookiebot Drupal admin where you could choose between EU and US.
A new dropdown for the admin page.

I already have a working prototype - just need an issue fork.
