Is this theme incompatible with the Owl Carousel 3.0.1 module?

Problem/Motivation

Hi guys, I'm testing this theme, version 10.1.x-dev. I'm liking what I found, but I noticed that it is incompatible with the Owl Carousel 3.0.1 module.

When you finish configuring the slideshow and displaying it on the page, instead of having a carousel, we have stacked images.

I thought it was a problem with Owl Carousel 3.0.1 itself, but I tested it with other themes in the same installation and it worked perfectly. Is it possible to make this theme compatible with the Owl Carousel 3.0.1 module.?

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal 10.1.6
Enable Views
Install Zircon 10.1.x-dev theme
Install Bootstrap Layout Builder
Install Owl Carousel 3.0.1
Create some content
Create a View to display slides
Edit a page with Layout Builder and insert the view with Carousel
Save the page and... Does not display correctly.

Proposed resolution

It would be interesting to broaden the horizons and make this theme compatible with the Owl Carousel 3.0.1 module.

    I have the same problem. Before updating to d10, with the owlcarousel patch applied in drupal 9.5, the carousel worked normally, the images were now stacked and stretched to the sides, both on the front and when editing the views.

    I also noticed that the Bootstrap Carousel format doesn't work.

    When applying the view created in the desired location, the images are displayed in a stacked manner and the Carousel does not work as desired, as the images do not alternate. I think this is a bug, as it doesn't work as designed.
