footnotes with no value do get an automatic value set

Very simple fix.

Looks like this was fixed as part of https://www.drupal.org/project/footnotes/issues/3381366 🐛 Warnings when leaving values empty Fixed . This version isn't really supported any more anyways as the developers looking after it stopped, and all my efforts go into the 4.x branch, but anyways closing this one off as fixed, thanks!
