YouTube By Channel ID block does not pull the latest video for the channel

Problem/Motivation

The YouTube By Channel ID block gets the latest playlist and displays the latest video from that.

Proposed resolution

Display the most recent video uploaded to the channel, regardless of what playlist it is in.
