Problem/Motivation

When searching for a term this error can pop up: TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string + int in _taxonomy_manager_tree_get_first_path() (line 610 of /taxonomy_manager.module).

Steps to reproduce

Searching for terms.

Proposed resolution

Fix $root_term_index initialization to NULL.
