Dropdown or map not showing when default shipping method

Hi!

If I use any submodule of the 'Commerce Shipping Pickup API' module (PickPackPont, GLS, FoxPost, MPL), and the particular shipping method appears first to the customer (on the checkout/57/order_information page), then the dropdown fields or map associated with the shipping method do not appear. They only appear if the customer switches from some other shipping method.
