in layout builder, how to restore the old way that display local task links on mouse hover ?
i didn't know what happens exactly but it's a little bit difficult to configure sections/block with LB because links (Configure/move etc) has moved to the pencil drop down menu that sometimes doesn't display on mouse move.
I can say if it's a bug or if i change a settings that is interfering with the normal behavior.
For more understating i am expecting what is in attached picture01 instead of what i have in picture02 and picture03
