webform id for multi page webform

Problem/Motivation

Is it possible to use ECA and ECA Webform with a multi-page webform?

It appears that the form id is only static on the first page of the form, so I guess it would not be possible to trigger the ECA workflow using the form id. Is there another way of triggering the workflow?

I'm not a webform expert, and in particular, I have no experience with multi-page webforms. Isn't there any deterministic way to build the form IDs for each page? Is there any other property that would be sufficient to identify webforms?
