Move SDC tests/* to Core namespace

Problem/Motivation

If SDC get stable status it should integrate into the core namespace. This issue is to decide where the tests/*, should go. We have our tests namespaced by the test type, but that is typically done only in modules. We'll need to decide between:

  • Starting a new pattern and introduce test-type namespaces.
  • Refactor the tests to fit the existing namespaces.

Create a merge request against this branch which is the meta issue for these changes.
