Problem/Motivation

After update to Drupal 10, the service 'social_core.layout' can't be declared via SocialCoreServiceProvider

Steps to reproduce

Open any Event or Topic page with enabled Layout Builder - you should see empty "right sidebar"

Proposed resolution

Declare service 'social_core.layout' in .yml file and use it via \Drupal::service()
