The 'freshchat/widget' library is included on every page, including admin pages.
Navigate to any admin pages; the issues can be reproduced consistently.
Within the module file, there is an implementation of hook_page_attachments(). If any admin pages are detected, there is no requirement to attach the 'freshchat/widget' library.
