Problem/Motivation

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare file_create_url() (previously declared in /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/md_slider/md_slider.module:33) in /var/www/html/web/core/includes/file.inc on line 66

Steps to reproduce

Install via composer
activate with drush and a WSOD for the complete Site with above message.
