Remove timcosgrove

Very minor, but: I'm cleaning up and being honest about what projects I'm attached to. I am not a maintainer of this project.

Unlike modules, I cannot find any place to manage maintainers for themes. If someone has the ability to remove me and could, I'd appreciate it.
