Unpublished paragraphs not being shown in closed widget with preview mode

Problem/Motivation

Is there a reason that unpublished paragraphs appear just with their paragraphs type label when using "Preview" for the closed mode in the widget?
When using "Summary" instead, the summary is visible even for unpublished paragraphs.

This is being caused by the fact the only the view operation is being checked when the widget is set to "Preview", while with the "Summary" setting it is both update and view.

Proposed resolution

Perform the same access checks (update and view) for both modes.
