Fix multi-level header menus on small screens

I've detected several issues on multi-level menus.

  • Unofficial class rvt-header-menu__submenu-item--current is unstyled, and should be removed and replaced with rvt-header-menu__item--current
  • The placement of second-level dropdowns on mobile appears offscreen and are unclickable.
  • Orientation of the toggle right button of second-level dropdowns should change on small screens.
