Third party settings is empty

Problem/Motivation

Nothing shows under Third party settings on webform forms configuration

Steps to reproduce

Install an enable the module. Go to /admin/structure/webform/config and scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Third party settings section.

This is under each webform settings not on the Webform Third Party Settings on the Structure -> Webform -> Configuration. Closing, works as expected.
