Translatable visibility icon

Problem/Motivation

The visibilities field provides translated options for icons of the post visibilities drop-down.

Steps to reproduce

Open visibilities drop-down of post form when the current page's language is not English.

Proposed resolution

Get the icon name based on the translated label and use the help icon when the generated icon name contains something other than English letters.
