"Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." error when searching multiple keywords

Go to https://groups.drupal.org/ enter more than one keyword such as "north sydney" and you'll get a "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." error.

You can replicate it by going directly to the destination URL: https://groups.drupal.org/search/site/north%20sydney

This is happening whenever more than one keyword is added and separated by a space.
