Ascenders/Descenders cut off in Rivet Select input in Webkit browsers

Problem/Motivation

This is a sister issue for the upstream issue found here:

https://github.com/indiana-university/rivet-source/issues/734

Proposed resolution

Add a temporary css file called rvt-select.css containing the fix for this and a @todo to remove it when the issue has been fixed upstream.
