Replace commits open toggle comment

Problem/Motivation

Currently if many commits are pushed at once to a merge request, the comment on the issue shows a toggle with text "Show all commits".
When more than 10 commits are pushed, that is not accurate.
In that case, the set of commits is limited to 10, and the rest is linked as a range to see.

Proposed resolution

Let us change the text.
