Rivet - Port Image component

The image component is pretty straightforward to migrate.

I suggest we reign in scope here and do not offer Rivet’s “breakout” Image feature (as demonstrated on the link above) which would makes things exponentially more complicated since the Image component can be nested inside grids where breakout makes zero sense.
