the user picture is mentioned in img tag while uploading a user picture is "/sites/default/files/styles/medium/public/pictures/2023-11/oversized_1.jpg?itok=Foqb1czU" but the actual path should be mentioned in img tag is "/sites/default/files/pictures/2023-11/oversized_1.jpg?itok=Foqb1czU" for more details please refer the below link
