Content Access is 2.0

Problem/Motivation

The oficial release of Content Access → is now 2.0.0

The current eca_content_access doesn't download, since there is a requeriment for version 1.

Steps to reproduce

composer require drupal/content_access
composer require drupal/eca_content_access

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/eca_content_access ^1.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/eca_content_access[1.0.0, 1.0.x-dev].
    - drupal/eca_content_access[1.0.0, ..., 1.0.x-dev] require drupal/content_access ^1.0 ->

I'm not sure if it's safe just upgrading the requeriment, so for now I'm just reporting this
