Can i hide fields values/info in views but display the field value in nodes?

I have 50 fields of data used in hundreds of nodes, so you can compare the data using views that I have created.

I wish to show this data in specific views that i reference in articles so that comparisons can be made and people can see the data that I create in these views only.

But I wish the data to be hidden everywhere else, specifically one master comparison view and within all of the nodes.
