8.x-6.0-alpha6 D10 readiness

Problem/Motivation

Due to the zurb_foundation 8.x-6.0-alpha6 → was the latest version using the deprecated row/columns system, for some projects it could take a long time and huge efforts for upgrade it to the latest 9.x version. So, I've committed a patch for Drupal9 and Drupal10 compatible version.

Proposed resolution:

Change the core_version_requirement to 9 and 10.
Remove and update the deprecated jquery.once code.
