Add option to include or exclude paragraph items in translation

Problem/Motivation

Presently, during the translation of a content type that includes a paragraph field with items using the Paragraphs Asymmetric Translation Widgets module, all items within the paragraph field are automatically translated. This becomes restrictive in scenarios, such as a news page, where having the flexibility to choose whether to duplicate or exclude certain paragraph items in the translation is essential.

Usage Example:
For instance, consider a news page where, in one language, the translation should include specific paragraph items, while in another language, these items should either be omitted or replaced with alternative items.

This improvement aims to address the necessity for customization in content translation, enabling users to precisely tailor the translation of paragraph items based on the linguistic nuances of each language.

I propose the addition of an option during the content type translation process. This option would allow users to decide whether to include all paragraph items in the translation or to opt for a translation without duplicating specific items. This enhancement would be particularly valuable in cases where the structure of content may differ across languages.
