Client error 400 bad request

I am unable to get this module to work. I have openid and login.gov setup. Just trying to do a generic authentication only verification with no additional items. Trying to login gives an error 400 bad request, client must authenticate via pkce or private_key_jwt missing either code_challenge or client assertion. I've tried adding key and the jwt drupal modules as well to see if this issue resolves. It seems this module is in beta as it doesn't seem to work with the latest open id code either.

I was able to get this to work finally. It requires the alpha version of open id. Then after configuring the other end to accept jwt it worked fine.

@theprodigy, have you had any other issues with it? This module isn't so much in beta as it requires the 3.x version of OpenID Connect, which at the time you tried it, was missing a required patch.

They've since posted a new alpha of the OIDC module and login_gov should work with a straight-up composer require drupal/login_gov.
